YHD had the amazing honor of being featured in Sac Magazine. An article covered by freelance Writer Alejandra Garcia. In her article titled, Empowering Women From the Outside in, it covered the mission of YHD and a dream that has come into fruition by the Founder Derica Birks. Outlining her work as a mental health and beauty advocate who prides herself on repairing women's self esteem and giving them an avenue for support and emotional rebuilding. Sac Magazine has been an amazing pillar for shedding light on local community organizations and business throughout the Sacramento area and we as a team have greatly appreciated the outpouring of acknowledgement and support the article has brought to our organization.
